The Battersea Park Kitchen & Pantry Larder

The Design
We recently completed this beautiful kitchen for a family near Battersea Park, London, who owns a Victorian house from 1873. A bespoke fit was essential to this project. The lines and angels in this kitchen are admirable and makes it work for our lovely clients. The bespoke fit features floor to ceiling tall units, lower and upper cabinetry and a hidden extrator fan that blends in perfectly with the cabinetry.

The cabinetry is our popular Westminster Range, a traditional shaker style cabinetry with a hint of modernity in a gorgeous dark tone that changes shade as the light hits it.
The Details: Colours, Hardware, Worktops Etc
As our client lives in an old Victorian home and with the original kitchen side return extension being all glass, they wanted the design of the actual kitchen to find the balance between Victorian and modern. The black Shaker cabinetry and brass hardware and handles compliment each other perfectly and brings an ellegance to the space.
All the counters and splashbacks, as well as the window surround, are Quartz with marble-like veins, cut to fit the space perfectly. The design and detail are easy on the eye whilst offering a smooth way of using the kitchen as everything is within easy reach due to the huge amount of storage available. The Quooker tap and black range also add the modern conveniences that were missing from the old kitchen.

The Larder Pantry
Ellegance and storage is a mix that brings a bepoke kitchen to life and this larder pantry shows just that. Next to the hidden fridge sits a floor to ceiling bespoke unit, hidding away a unique larder pantry. The tall unit ensures everything from the microwave to the hoover fits perfectly whilst having lots of space for pantry items too.
The larder features natural elements of oak shelving at different heights to store all essentials. The light wood adds a touch of warmth to the darker tone of the cabinetry.
